I can't stomach anything in the morning for at least 2 hours--even shakes are hard. Does anyone else have this problem and what foods go down easier in the morning? Thanks.

I think anyone who doesn't eat breakfast normally probably has that problem. An easy fix is to make yourself eat. Works pretty well and your body/stomach will get used to it.

I'm the same way. I usually just drink a small shake and have a decent carb with it.

i'm rarely hungry when i wake, but when i start eating i find it hard to stop!

Yup, Chicken Daddy said it...if you can get yourself to eat something in the morning, it'll get your metabolism jump-started and you'll feel more hungry during the day and eventually maybe in the morning as your body gets used to the new schedule...

the second I wake up I'll drink a pt milk and by the time I come out of the shower and am dressed, i'm fine to eat a normal meal.

i usually eat 6 eggs and a cup of oatmeal and pb thats when im dieting when im gaining ill take a cup of oatmeal pb, bagel ,milk and 8 eggs
