Ephedra and Creatine

Hi All,Just wonderin if its a good idea to be taking ephedra while on creatine,anybody out there have any adverse reactions?? thanks :strong:

I have used them together and didn't have any problems.

I'm using them both right now and getting good gains. The creatine definately helps w/ muscle gains, and the ephedra seems to be keeping the water weight off, and i'm definately noticing fat loss as well. i really like the combination and don't think that the two offset each other at all. anyone have any more info about stacking these two supplements?

lot of info in those posts on the ephedra and creatine stack. they all sound positive to me, so then im glad that im on it. only problem is i'm taking gnc's liquid properofmance creatine. i didn't waste my money on it, i got it for free from my friend whose a manager at gnc and someone came in and returned it, unopened. so he just was gonna write it off anyways so i figured i'd use it. anyone ever had any decent gains w/ liquid creatine? cuz i haven't heard of any and i've only been on it 3 days so i wont notice anything yet. Trac creatine is awesome, and after this gnc BS creatine, im not sure what kind i wanna take. any suggestions...best creatines?
