the first pic there is from abt 5 months ago....close enough. btw, 12 ounce curls are MEAN!

....i need a little work on the tri's, back, upper chest and forearms. my abs are usually peeking out but a long weekend has had them "tucked away". im still trying to get up another 10 pounds bodyweight. my goal is 185 with low bodyfat by mid summer.

i use cell tech and optimum nutrition pro complex... the cell tech just after the workout and the protein before bed and in the morning almost everyday.. i just finished my cycle of 1AD and plan on waiting maybe 2 more weeks till my next. i think its a mind**** really. pardon the foul language. and i take some mean ass vitamins....lol.....ive been feeling awesome lately and its only just begun.....thanks guys -bill
