i was just wondering if anyone knows the best time to take weight gainer? i barely bought the crap first time use so i dono relaly. after a workout? for breakfast? im just clueless... thanx bunches

It really doesn't matter all that much. The purpose of a weight gainer is to bump your total caloric intake and intake of protein.

Take it when you don't have any time to eat solid foods. Remember if you are bulking you want to eat about 5 - 6 meals/day, roughly about 500 calories or more depending on your goal. I would take the weight gainer during the day and whey protein at night to minimize fat gain.
