ive been weightlifting for a while new and i decided to go with supplements and i just ordered nitrean and the creatine 500 from the at large website. i got fish body oil caps with GLA also and have a multivitamin. i think my diet is alright but ill go through that again. what else do i need with the creatine 500 to make it the most efficient and to make the most use of it? should i get dextrose?? what else to add to it?? i was also thinking of getting andro nitrate 3 to take rite after workouts ,but im hearing that , that stuff is not that effective. is there any other prohormones or anything of that sort out there?? and again im tryin to look for the best and with least amount of side effects. thank you very much and any information would be greatly appreciated.
