well because im on skool holidays and i gotta revise for my skool exams i had a plan this week of
7am going for a 30 minute jog
8am eat breakfast
9am lift...ill be workin out a body part each day b' oz im doing that MAX OT regime.
is that enuff or too little difference in time between cardio and lifting? shud i do sumthin better?

o sorry the whole idea of me mentioning im on sholdidays is because i want to gwet training out the way in the morning and then revise then go out a party

i read you should have atleast 5 hours between cardio and lifting.. i just do them on different days

If possible do cardio and lifting an different days, if not you should have more time between the two.

Why should cardio and lifting be on different days?? I heard that if you do cardio before lifting you still can burn substantial calories while lifting and still benefit from the lifts???

Right afterwards I think is fine, but not right before. I believe it has to do with your muscles being in a catabolic state after cardio and thats bad to start lifting with.
If I were going to do some cardio on a lifting day, I would do it like 4-5 hours after I lift
