I know, yuk. Well, I love it. I hear a lot of people bitchin about tuna and cottage cheese too, but no one talking about liver. At 80 cents a pound, and the macros (20p,4c,4f), it seems like a bargain. Tons of iron and vitamin A (lots of cholesterol though). I think it has a lot of flavor. Everyone can't hate it. :burger:

I love liver, it's been a while since I've had any, I guess I will pick some up next time I go shopping. I like it fried with onions and green peppers, then I cut up a tomatoe and eat it with that and some white rice, mmm:)

I love liver, either beef or chicken. With onjuns, and maybe bacon. Mmm...
I have some in the freezer I keep forgetting about. I should cook it soon. the problem is that people cook liver to death. I like it medium rare. Still juicy and pink on the inside, but not red and wet.

Yes.
And it has another use; it just has to be warmed up a bit. When you don't have anyone to be with, and you feel the need... :omg: :evillaugh

Italians and Puerto Ricans make tripe... cow stomach. In tomato sauce. With crusty Italian bread. Dee-lish.

I've ate deer liver once, and I liked it. It contains a lot of healthy things.
