I gave it a go for 6 weeks, unfortunately I was quite indecisive as to whether I wanted to lose or gain weight so I ended up at exactly the same weight as when I started. However there was a noticable visual improvement so I'm guessing some fat was lost and some muscle gained.

Low carb days were not fun but overall it was a good experience and it certainly seems to have a lot more science behind it than traditional diets. I'm currently bulking for 14 weeks, but when it comes to cutting I may well return to UD2.0.

I tried it, it is pure hell, but it works! I suggest you get an ECA while you still can, not only will this help you lose even more fat, but also curb some of the hunger pains on the starvation days. I suggest you give it a go, keep us posted!

You have to pay money for the diet though right?

Well...there is a book that explains it, and you have to buy the book...You may be able to find it at a library. I don't know.

$20, well worth it. If you don't use the diet, the info in the book is worth the $20 alone.

Agreed, the book makes good reading whether you use the diet or not.

You won't find it at a library. Buy the book...it's not expensive. It's a good read and explains to you about different training regimens and dieting techniques and how they work.

ive tried it, and ive just started another 5 week cycle of it, currently in my 2nd week.. if you stick to it, it works, it comes down to will power.. the carb load takes a few cycles to nail, but once you do, it works wonders

I also suggest picking up a big old bucket of dextrose, makes the post-workout carb-up thrusday night 100x easier if you can just drink it down.

Why not? I like it....Some nitrean with 150g of dextrose and I'm in chocolate sweets heaven.

nitrean is dextrose? or you're saying you combine nitrean with dextrose?

oh, i don't really have a sweet tooth. i'd rather eat lots of chex or bagels or pasta.
