it says 7-8 grams of carbs per pound of LMB.. i know that LBM is lean body mass... so if im 15%bf @ 210lbs... thats 33.6pounds of fat... 210-33.6=176.4..
now.. is 176.4 my LBM?? so would i multiply 7 x 176.4 to equal 1234 grams of carbs???
