I run 5k everyday (~22 mins so quite intense), cept when doing squats (so thats 5 or 6 days a week)
I also cycle around 40/60 miles a week commuting
Thing is this last 15 days my bodyfat has GONE UP 2.2lbs.... I eat sensibly i thought, always combining carbs with protein, not eating carbs after 8pm etc... This fat gaining thing is becoming extremely frustrating as i work so hard to keep it off, and now im at 12.5%BF even with dedicating so much time & sweat running and not being able to eat tasty food
So does anyone know what is happening
