If your making an ECA stack yourself where do you get the caffeine from? I cant find just caffeine anywhere. Also how much caffeine is in coffee? Should the amount of coffee you drink a day be taken into consideration when claculating your eca stack? Is coffee alone a good enough caffeine provider?

could anyone with info please help. Also how much of each component of the eca stack do you combine???

If you can't find it, you can order online, cheap. I've heard ~60mg caffeine in coffee. I don't count coffee into EC, but I don't usually need to drink it when I take an EC.I suppose you can use coffee as your C, but its easier to take pills IMO. EC = 20mgE/200mgC.

You can buy caffeine from any vitamin store, even from the pharmacy section of your local grocery store.

Btw you'd probably have to drink 20 cups of coffee to match the dosage of the caffeine pills, IMHO just buy the pills they are fairly cheap anyways. Also are you buying ephedra or ephedrine? dosages for both are very different.

huh? sorry bro a coffee has 100 mgrams of caffiene. so a big thermos cup will be just fine for your stack, if you prefer the taste/convenience.

huh? some people saying the pills have 20 times more caffiene, others saying a big thermos will do? For those of you taking an eca stak could you please post the dosages of each components that you take / are recomended. Thanks for the advise so far guys.

a caffeine pill has 200mg

a cup of coffee has between 70-130mg

however...its seems like the pills really jack you up compared to even 2 cups of coffee

a proper ECA stack is:

200 C
25 E

you don't need the aspirin unless you are really obese

trsut me i've done research on caffeine and actually tested the coffee in the lab - a cup of medium roast will run you about 90-120mg of caffiene...lighter roast has more caffiene but taste like **** - the longer the bean is roasted the more caffiene it loses. A lot of people think expresso and dark roasts have lots of caffiene - they actually have the least - its the strong taste that "awakes" them.. anyways, back to the topic, if u want 300-500mg of caffiene just make a cup of coffee with 3-5 teaspoons instead of 1 (assuming 1 is the standard amount of coffee according to the brand for one cup)
