I would say you diet is lacking in protein and you eat way too much processed foods (refined carbs, trans fats etc). Look at peoples diets here and keep reading the diet section, that will get you well on your way to setting up a bit "cleaner" diet.

What are your goals, i'm assuming you want to put on muscle correct. I would say your not eating nearly enough to do so and you need to get more protein in every meal. I can't even imagine just eating a donut without anything else. If you not currently gaining then you need to consume more calories until you are. JMO.

Donuts for me are very uncommon, but someone brought them to work and I couldn't resist. As for goals is to gain lean muscle and even a little fat wouldn't bother me.
What processed foods should I cut out?

What processed foods should I cut out?

all of them if you can.

your diet is very poor - but since we are not provided with your future goals, it is hard to make any recommendations besides choose better foods and eat more protein.

Specifically what to cut out? I know the donuts and the baked ziti, and perhaps the pizza, but what else. If I eat something I usually try to get it as natural as possible.
As for goals gaining 20 lbs from 160 to 180. BF now is approx 10% A gain in weight that I can lift would be nice, but going for a better look than I have now.

I appreciate any help that I can get.

i would say cut out those saturated fats b/c those will never help you out, not even with a bulking phase. increase your carbs and definately your protein. try and eat more complex carbs that are lower in GI i.e., wheat bread, brown rice, etc. definately more protein, throw in chicken breasts, turkey breast, tuna, and other lean meats. if you're looking for that bulk you will want to try and eat 18*BW in cal's a day.

The thing is you cant just cut out the junk foods your currently getting, you have to replace those cals with better food sources and even increase your caloric intake. So try replacing some of the foods raniali so nicely marked for you with milk, natty pb, chicken, tuna, oatmeal, ww products, olive oil etc.
