What does "NFS" mean on fitday.com? For example: Almonds, NFS

Mean the you have no say about how the almonds are served. Meaning they can be chopped, whole, 1/2s you don't say.

by choosing the NFS item, it just basically means your entering a general type of the item. so you're not being as specific as you could be, not a big deal as it probably wont me more than a few calories off from what you're actually eating.
