you can still go to stores, even gas stations and get ephedrine alkaloids. they're main use is for athmsa, so the product was not included in the ban. most supplements stores have them and if you want to use the internet go to 1fast400.com or supplementdirect.com. they have a product called Vasopro which contains 25mg ephedrine alkaloids per serving. just stack that w/ about 200mg of caffeine and u made your own fat burner.

when people say "stack" does that mean take the two supplements together at teh same time and if i a m gonna do 200mg of caffine and 25mg of ephedrine how many times a day do i do this?

yes, stack means taking 2 or more things together. and i would suggest starting off just doing it once a day and seeing how your body reacts to the ephedrine alkaloids, as it has a greater effect on some than others. but eventually, i would say take the stack 3 times a day, at the most.
