I am taking a multi-vitamins, do I have to suplement that with more about selected vitamins ( B, C,) etc ??
which other vitamins do you take more of , and how much

it all depends what your multi-vitamin has in it. for instance, i noticed mine does not have a significant amount of calcium or iron, while it has plenty of all the other vits/mins. so i supplement calcium and iron as well as the multi-vit. but also look at your diet, if you are getting enough vitamins from food then you will not need to supplement those vitamins. a lot of people over supp. vitamins/mins., just make sure you dont b/c in most cases its a waste and all ends up in ur toilet, and other vitamins have consequences from overdosing. as far as how much of vitamins to take, just search the internet for daily RDA's and be at least at those amounts.

if you track your daily intake in a tool it should tell you what vitamins you need to supplement. I know dietOrganizer does, I assume fitday does the same.
That should be a start.
odds are you get enough through your food.
Calcium and Iron are in just about everything you eat.
