Expired Creatine and Protein??

Just a question does creatine go bad or lose it power if it is past the Expired date ?? The same for protein ???

I have taken many expired proteins etc... over the years

never noticed a difference

I took some sealed creatine powder that was expired and it never hurt me

Expired means that the company only insures its potency to that date. It is fine to consume. Its just it might start degrading in potency example 10% per year over expiration. Its fine to take it. I took some expired ON protein(It was 1yr and 5 months pass expiration).
