I'm trying to lose weight yet still have high protien in my diet to build muscle. However I don't really know much about dieting and what I should and should on eat.
I work out 6 days a week, Monday to Friday, with 30 min of cardio everyday.
Mon - Chest/Biceps
Tues - Abs/Calves
Wed - Shoulders/Triceps
Thrus - Abs/Obliques
Fri - Back/Abs
Sat - Legs
Sun - Day Off
Please help me with a diet to lose about 20lbs but also high protien to build my muscles up.
