If you buy our products you are helping this website as most of you already know.
Most of you also know you are buying top quality products at a reasonable price.
That is great, but I think something some people here may not have considered is that you also get personal service. First, you have access to both owners (Dan and myself) on this site. Second, as some of you can attest to, I am very accessible on all fronts. If you order from us, you get a personal email from me (my personal email address). I have posted my cell phone number numerous times, and you can also reach me on the AtLarge telephone line. Now, I don't want to toot my own horn, but I have a fair knowledge of training, nutrition, and physiology which can be tapped by anyone. I am a very busy man, but I do my absolute best to answer any and all inquiries about training, nutrition, and our products in as timely as manner as possible.
The point is that our company is essentially unique in this aspect relative to the supplement industry. You just can't get that anywhere else.
So, go ahead, order from us and optimize your body!

I think that Chris makes a fair point here. If you look at the supplement companies today, very few actually offer their personal services to you. It's all about selling.
Chris and Dan have taken the time to answer your questions and have gone the extra mile in their efforts to serve you as clients and valued customers.
I'm not saying that you should feel honored, what I'm saying is that it's very rare nowadays to see this kind of service.

I guess I will be on Chris's blacklist for saying this... but it's just my opinion that it's easy to be that customer oriented when you receive only a few orders a week. If the AtLarge company gets big, you will no longer have the time to answer all those questions.. it's just a fact...
However, I will say this... the only reason why I haven't tried the atlarge products is the fact that the cost of shipping to Canada would remove all finacial benifits from the purchase...
just my 0.02$...

thats pretty easy when you have a captive audience like this....

Which breakdown are you speaking of Geoff? I have posted the amino acid profile in another thread. What did you want to know?
As to the captive audience comment, I am not sure I understand your point. We do have customers from outside of this site and they get the same degree of personal service.
As to the other points, you are correct and incorrect. From a personal standpoint, as the company grows myself or Dan will no longer be able to offer the same degree of service. That said, we will train our employees in such a manner as to offer the same degree of service in order to continue to differentiate us from our competition.
Oh, and we get more than a "few" orders a week.

thats painful...like asking what kinda car you have and getting a list of all the parts that are in it.....how about something like 99% WPC and 1% casein
I'm sure you get customers outside this site, but I remember reading somewhere from either your or hulk that the majority do come from here
PS, potassium is spelled wrong on your Nitrean supp facts page

you have to realize these guys have full time jobs...
when At Large blows up they will be able to do nothing but sip protien lift and answer questions online (sounds dreamy)

really
the canadian guys here get it all in for $56 bucks (5 lbs)
can you beat that up here ?
please let me know if you can find a quality whey, casein and egg blend that actually tastes good
not something bland and chalky like NHF ultra RX which is only available in 2lb's for $30-40

I was pondering the thought of buying some Nitrean. Right now I'm currently using ON Whey vanilla and its ok. I took Problend 55 for a little while and it would make me feel very full after drinking it. Would Nitrean do the same? I guess every person is different, but ON doesn't make me feel like that. Problend was almost to the point where I wanted to puke b\c I felt so full for so long.

read the contents and figure out what you want.
odds are if you buy a protein powder with guar, xanthum or any other gum then you will feel full, as that is the purpose of these things (along with some mixability)

$35.95
+ 10.95 shipping
---------
= 46.90 USD
Converting 63.04 Canadian Dollars to U.S. Dollars will yield 46.90 U.S. Dollars.
(Derived rate = 0.7440)
So it would cost me 63.04$... not 56.00$...
Don't get me wrong... I would love to try the product, if I could find it for sub 50$ I would love to support WBB... hell I love this site... I was just making a point of why I can't justify it..
Chris: I'm extremly happy to see ALN is doing well.. I hope you all the best!!
If ever you can find a cheaper way of shipping to Canada, let me know, I will be the 1st one to order!!
Later
