alright nothing gets me going in the gym like a good weightgainer w/ creatine, and some diet pills... i'm almost out of diet pills, and don't feel like i should be spending like $40 on premade pills. i know people make their own stacks, mainly w/ ephedra, caffeine, and aspirin. What i want to know is what users on these forums are using and in what dosages. also, what is the aspirin used for, and is tyrosine worthwhile?

Aspirin is unnecessary for those who are not overly obese. Tyrosine and caffeine may be stacked together to provide a non-ephedra energy boost. If you want to make your own EC stack: 20mg Ephedrine, 200mg Caffeine.

Tyrosine and caffeine may be stacked together to provide a non-ephedra energy boost.

I only use Tyrosine for late night workouts where I don't want to use Ephedra since it will keep me awake.

shao how many grams tyrosine do you take? i'm not gonna be using it as a substitute because i can't workout at nighttime since i have sleeping problems, i just wanna make my ephedra/caffeine mix more intense.

I just ordered 4 bottles of Vasopro from 1fast400. They are selling them for 7$ a bottle (60 caps). I'm not currently on a cut, but I might as well buy them until I do cut and then I can make my own EC stack.

:) I though/heard that maybe some teas ( green tea, maybe) have ephedra, as part of its original composition..... if that was the case then I had a way to at least get some ephedra in any naturist shop, now that is/will be banned

to be honest i feel like ephedra is so hyped up. if you take like a serving or a serving and a half of diet pills and some weight gainer before the gym trust me you'll be all over the place

Green Tea has caffeine, not ephedra.

i know it works, i take it sometimes; the type i have have like 25mg in them, and when it comes down to it there's not a huge difference between a serving of those and a serving of diet pills w/o ephedra. maybe the kinds w/o ephedra up the caffeine to rival those w/ ephedra, dunno. but as i've said before i just have a bottle that has all kinds of diet pills mixed in, some w/ and some w/o. oh and i'm saying this all from an intensity in powerlifting perspective, i have NO IDEA whatsoever how they are for dieting or thermogenesis.

and i didn't mean it was all hype, like glutamine, or $80 creatine transport systems, just that people give it such a bad name that it would make you think it's more hardcore than it really is. maybe it just doesn't affect me strongly or something

Ok, so you're talking about the jittery/energy effects? Results vary from person to person.

and just because you might not be getting those jittery affects, doesn't mean that its not working. it simply means that you're body is either 1. used to it due to long-term exposure to ephedra or 2. not really affected (which is possible).

well i haven't dyno'd it so i don't know the whp. but im sure im somewhere in the low 5's from 0-60. i forgot to add i also have Cusco front and rear struts, and my windows are tinted. im getting an ecu reflash soon from cobbtuning and an uppipe also. maybe a downpipe in the near future. im definately not done with it though.
