i lift about 3 or 4 times a week.. sometimes takin about 2-3 weeks off.. (exam cramming or being lazy).. but ive done this for the past 2 years or so.. and i havent made much gains.. im 5'11" 160lbs.. benching about 185x4..i dont take any supplements, and i seriously doubt i get anything healthy from my diet considering its made up of wendys, taco bell, pizza.. i do drink plenty of water but thats about it.. i eat alot but my metabolism kills me.. anything that i can do about this?

i'll say what i was told by some here...
In your 2 years of training your best shot was to join this forum.

When i started training my diet was just like your, made no gain in the first 2 month, but then i started to read posts on this forum and reading articles on the net. I started eating MORE, way MORE, and way BETTER. And now 3 month after, gained almost 10lbs of lean mass. If its your goal to get bigger, or simply to learn more about everything that touch this hobby/way of life, i think you knocked at the good door. My advice would be to take a look at the routine made by the site owners and eat more and better.
