i got an email i got from AST with soem interesting development
"Like we said on December 30th, 2003 when the FDA announced they were removing ephedra from the market, this is setting a dangerous precedent. Since this move they have banned Androstenedione and bills are in congress right now that will remove entire classes of supplements from the market. Just yesterday they set in process a system to ban any supplement they choose without even requiring scientific data showing the supplement unsafe. They can ban supplements at will and there will be little anyone can do about it. "
