Multi-vitamin for the wife

My wife would like to take a multi, she takes nothing now, but whenever she does take them, she says she feels awful. Lethargic, out of it, her exact words were "blah". Any idea on what might be causing this? She made sure she had eaten first. Also when would be the best time of day to take them? I always take mine with breakfast.

some cheap multi's are downright toxic (*cough* Centrum)

best advice:

never buy a multi from a grocery store or a drug store brand

but it at a health food store there is a huge difference in quality

Hmmm, I currently take OneSource, the Wal-Mart brand. I might try some from the health food store when these run out.

Could you explain this a little better? I'm just interested as i've been taking Centrum, mainly because I've taken others that have caused stomach pain while these haven't.
