It is a banned substance in the IPF, so I need to know when I have to stop supplementing it before my competition.
Answer me. Now.

I quite honestly will kill you all if I don't get an answer relatively soon.

Calm down man...That was one of the questions that came up last week when I was talking to the President of the N. Carolina USAPL. She talked to a physician and said Ephedra stays in your system up to a week after you've used it.

Ephedrine HCL is still available in the States as it is in Canada. Canada switched to a max quantity per bottle sold of 50 8mg tabs. In the U.S. there doesn't seem to be the same limits.

It is banned I believe because some believe, and it may very well be that it can aid in maximal strength lifts. I use it for cutting. So if it's out of my system by the time the competition comes I will not be getting a benefit on my lift, nor would I test positive for it in my system, although the chance of me being tested is minimal, since I won't be breaking any records.
Under IPF rules, ephedrine is considered a minor offense, I'm not even sure how much of it can be in your system, I know that most simply use the "i have allergies and it's in my allergy medication," line and get off most of the time. It's a 3 month suspension for excess ephedrine in the system. This is compared to a 5 year suspension for gear use, you can see how different these substances are treated.
