View Full Version : Best Protein Bar for the money?
I myself am not a fan of protein bars
- lots of sugar
- expensive
- Some much better snacks
But, sometimes, it would just make life so much easier, ya know? So, I was wondering what everyone thinks is the best bar for the money, If you were going to buy some.

i love tri-o-plex bars. low in sugar ~9g, 33g protein and 10g fat, only about 2 or 3 saturated. they're awesome but no so cheap. as for u-turn and detour and those by DesignerWhey, im not a fan b/c they don't have any vits/mins and just load sugar and sat. fat., like a candy bar would. so its like putting a scoop of whey in between a milky way or snickers bar. to each his own...

I like all the met-rx bars. I like some of the nitro-tech bars. I am also not a big fan of designer whey.
