I know there have been quite a few threads about creatine, but I'd like to start a more update one. What do you guys think as of right now, is the best creatine supplement on the market? i've tried trac and gnc pro performance liquid (i know, but it was free). Let me know what you guys take/have taken, and what you think is the best.

Most will say ixnay on the GNCay, but I worked there previously so I got a discount and I bought a 2000g bucket of creatine monohydrate, and it worked for me and I still have a few servings of it left before I try atlarge's creatine. I think if you get any creatine monohydrate from somebody thats not selling on the street corner you'll be ok. atlarge does have a decent price so why not try them out

you need to look at what kind of Creatine it is before comparing prices

Brand really doesn't matter. If it's creapure, you're good to go. The difference most companies have is the delivery mechanism. All you need is some dextrose for that.

i checked up on it, and it is creapure. so im gonna go w/ it. cuz i compared the supplement direct creatine monohydrate w/ creatine 500, and saw they both deliver 500g of creatine monohydrate. no difference really, not that i can see anyways.
