Anything bad about Minute brown rice?

I use it a lot. I've heard mixed things about "instant" brown rice...ie. it's enriched, etc., but everything I read says the only difference between the slow cooking stuff and the "instant" stuff is that it's precooked and then dried up. You should be fine with it. The packaging also states the same.
