ketogenic diet and UD2.0

I have the ketongenic diet, and now there is this new UD2.

For the people who have seen them both, is UD2 worth paying again for another book, ( I can't not believe I got the old one)

I have the book UD2 on the way right now. From what I have read from those that have tried it, it's a killer, but effective.

Good read, but for such a beginner as J_C, you may have luck starting out with a normal lifting routine and a balanced diet.
