Hey all,

Only now found this new members area by totall accident. Hey to you all and Im so glad ive found this board. Ive been reading for a while before deciding to joint and take a more active part. Seems like one of the few places that is positive and encouraging and also full of totally awesome advice....so good to see.

Im 31, 5'7 and 142 lbs. Im basically starting for the second time in my life to attempt to get the physique ive always wanted on me and i know that all the work is still ahead of me. Im here becasue i think the place is such a valuable respurse to be able to ask people who have been around the block the questions that people usually seem to want money to answer.

As for what i might be able to contribute...well Im working theough my second degree to be an osteopath (first degree was in mechanical engineering - dont ask). Part of what I study is anatomy and physiology. I find both topics facinating and if i can throw in anything interesting thats factually correct then i will. Also i love to learn and so if people have questions its good for me to go find the answers (especially on anatomy).

Hope you all get where you want to get :)

welcome, Augury!

sounds like you'll be a welcome addition here -- we're always happy to have people that can bring actual FACTS to discussions instead of suppositions and guesswork and what amounts to physiological voodoo in some cases. :)

there's a lot of us here around your age, in various states of training so you're definitely not alone there...

do you think we SHOULD be charging money for advice? Hm. My PayPal could always us some extra moolah... :)

Welcome... ignore Callahan, he is WBB's only panhandler. He thinks this website is his alley. ;)
