Ok so i've finally decided, after doing some research, on what i want to supplement with. But, I'm not sure if some of this stuff is unnecessary, so let me know what you guys think. Also, let me know if the dosages are off. Here goes:

Pure Creatine Monohydrate (5g)
Dextrose (50g)
ALA (1200mg)
CLA (6.75g)
Taurine (2000mg)
L-Arginine (4000mg)
L-Glutamine (15g)
Nitrean (2 scoops daily)
Ripped Fuel w/ ephedra

Most of these will be part of my post workout supplementing. I am going to mix 2 scoops nitrean with the 5g creatine,50g dextrose and 10g glutamine. I'll take the taurine with the post-workout shake b/c I've seen that many creatines contain taurine. The L-Arginine will be split up into 1000mg doses taken 4 times daily. I will take 500 mg of ALA before workout, 250 mg after, and 500mg with my second to last meal. The CLA will be taken 3 times daily in 2.25g dosages. The ripped fuel is also taken 3 times daily. And right before bed is 12oz. of milk w/ 5g glutamine and maybe 1 scoop of nitrean or some other whey.

Ok, let me know what I should change, or if I am just overloading myself or what.

The only thing I ask you guys not to mention is the L-glutamine. I've already bought it so I'm gonna take it even though it doesn't work in humans. I have already read the studies and know from the last post that I started about L-glutamine.

Nitrean has 3.87g Glutamine per serving, 5g per day is considered adequate.
Nitrean also has .8g of Arginine per serving.
so if you take 2-3 scoops of Nitrean in a day you might not need to add either of these supps.

ALA is found in flax oil....so if you take it that way you can probably save some $$ plus its the EPA/DHA thats really desired...so unless i"M missing something maybe you should go right to fish oil caps instead.

The rest looks fine...although if your using ephedrine then I question why you would use creatine (and you should take this pre workout anyway from what I've read), and you might consider lowering your dextrose intake

The ALA in flax oil is Alpha Linoleic Acid. The ALA I believe he wants to supplement with is Alpha Lipoic Acid.

If you have the money for all that, go for it. But, in terms of unnecessary, you can stand to get rid of the CLA and maybe even the arginine/glutamine.

i would take the ephedrine preworkout and the creatine post-workout. i've heard its a good stack. shao-lin is right about the alpha lipoic acid. and im thinking about dropping cla cuz i've heard that >10g a day is needed to see any results from it. As far as the arginine, i know it serves as a good transport. And i tried a creatine once that had arginine and it worked really well, so i'm still thinking about 4g a day for that, but i would still like to see some documentation on the effects of arginine. I will use up the rest of the glutamine that I have, but by no means would I purchase any more.

Also, with respect to dextrose, I read that 2.5g*LBM was suggest if on a cut and 5g*LBM for bulking. I calculated that and figure about 50g to be in between for me. I also noticed that creatines containing dextrose usually serve about 75g of it. How much would you suggest me taking?

I would drop CLA, and taurine to save some $. If you're gonna use ALA, chose an R-ala product ~200mg with meals or post w/o, much better. Also, take a multi, some extra vit C 1-2g/day, E and make sure you get enough EFA's.
