hey, Im new here. I just baught some muscles milk and I was wondering what would be the best ime to take it. On the tub it says to take it before work out, after workout, or befor bedtime. To get the best results what would be the best time to take it, because I only think your suppose to take it once a day. thanks guys

From wot i gather, one before, and one after, but make sure their is just over an hour gap between taking the two...

I was bulking and had two servings per day. I would take them in place of my 10am and 2pm meals. That is just the way I have always used them to get the extra calories and protein.

should I take it on days I dont work out?? and by once before and once after do you mean the whole serving ( 2 scoops) or 1 scoop before and 1 scoop after??

1 serving before = 2 scoops
1 serving after = 2 scoops
Are you trying to gain weight? I normally take them on my day off also during my bulk.

only take muslce milk if you are bulking. i've used 2 tubs of it. it helps to gain weight. not necessarily will it burn fat though, like it says it will. but it will give you mass and LBM, but be aware no matter what you do, when bulking you're always gonna see your mid-section get a little bigger than you want at the time. take it after you workout and before sleeping. that should be enough. if you only want to take it once a day, then after workout, or on off days, before sleeping.

When you take it is not so important as the fact you are taking it.

I got it at vitamin connection, Im a pretty skinny guy 5"10 wiegh 130 - 135 but I'm only 14, they guy at vitamin connection said it was the best thing for me so I took his advice. But will this porduct help me get bigger muscles? (lol trying to impress the ladies)

one more thing.. this muscle milk had creatine GCC, they say its liek a patent pending creatine product, does anyone know anythign about creatine GCC and if its good to take on days off?

muscle milk will help you bulk up, just make sure you're working out enough when taking it. if you don't workout it'll just make you fat, like most protein supplements. its high in unsaturated fats which are supposed to help in increasing the metabolism of all fats. i would recommend taking it post-workout and not on off days. on off days try and get you're protein and fats from actual foods.
