With the basic research now about protein and the two types, slow protein ie caesin and most foods and fast proteins ie whey we know the slow prevent catabolism and the fast promote anabolism. Therefore instead of taking whey just after a workout would you not have slow protein in the morning to halt any catabolism and then about two to three hours later take whey to promote anabolism while the slow protein will still be preventing catabolism keeping a positive nitrogen balance. Do this every so often so throughout the dy you are getting a slow release of aa preventing catabolism and every few hours you get a peak in the blood from fast protein increasing the protein synthesis rate.??????????????????????

Thnks I have just read it now explained a lot going to start folowing that protein routine makes alot of sense
