O.k have all the items I need to start:
Cycle consists of following:
M-1-T 4 weeks@ 20mg day
4-AD 4 weeks transdermal@ 500-700mg day
4grams creatine 1 pre-workout 1 post-workout
4500mg Glutamine 1 Pre-workout 1 Post-workout
1,000mg Milk Thistle per day
565mg Hawthorn Berries per day
Tons of protien :drooling:
The Bull reserves the right to change above as needed..
I will be updating my workout's as they go..

5' 10" 200lbs
day 1 chest-tries
day 2 back -bies
day 3 shoulders
day 4 legs
im about 4 inches taller. I like that split. back and bis is my favorite combination.

Day 1 over. Still not liking the 4-ad as transdermal takes forever to get into body
Not a very good day had to work late lots of rain. took alot just to stay motivated..
Bench 180X9 190X5 180X5 160X5 ( No spotter )
db incline press 55x10 60x9 65x4 60x7
cable cross overs 50x10 60x8 60x9 60x9
one arm overheads 30x8 25x8 25x8
lying french curls 60x10 60x10 60x10
pushdowns (rope) 45x8 45x9 45x5
cybex tricept machine 50x11 70x10 70x10

Just A little update: I do not feel tired like some said. But learned not to use the 4-ad before bed can't get to sleep took 2 nights to figure that one out.. I have increased appitite Gained almost 3 pounds since monday. Lifts are good, But i need a massage for the back.
Well enough for today..
P.S I still hate the transdermal, Messy messy messy it's like putting on to much suntan lotion..
some of the stuff you did with three sets at the same weight. are you trying to reach a certain number of reps with that weight before upping it?
