i don't really do max lifts.. but i'd like to get into some meets just for fun around here.. and i was wondering how i could stack up to the comp.
bench sets 180 x 6
deadlift 275 x 6
squat low 200s x 6
any guess on reasonable maxes for a 175 lb er
