ok now this was me on march 26 of this year no change in diet just workin out normal i was 173 at the time

ok now this was me on april 9 this is how i am right now im down to 166 and 16% bf according to my tanita. in my last post i was 173 at 18% the first post i dont know i think i was 178 at like 19 or 20 bf

Calves need work, but otherwise quite good. Is it just me, or is your right quad larger than your left one?

hahah yea ur right man umm my right quad is like 23inches and my left is 22.5 inono wuts up with that im trying to balance them out but yea my calves i hate them i guess its cause i never worked on them until now but yea. hey should i continue cutting till i get to 11 or 12 bf or start bulking now that my diet is clean? i relaly want abs for the summer

yea u look great man, your back is very nicely visible from the front thats really impressive. nice quad development around the knee. your chest is well rounded even around the collarbones-not easy to pull off. keep it up man.

I always waffle myself between cutting and bulking, but I think you should cut a bit more. You'll still add muscle, plus you'll be able to see and better assess what muscle you have. Plus, your jawline and face is getting more sculpted along with your body, giving you more of that bodybuilder look...bet the ladies are lovin' it.

yea thasts exactly what i was thinkin cuase i mean some people were telling me to do a slow bulk but inono i see more defintion and i dont wanna lose it. i can always gain muslces after i drop toabout 11 to 12 BF. hahah hehll yea man ladies alwasy want me to help them lose weight hahaha..but u knwo wut sux is like now i got guys trying to holla and im like tuttut BACK OFF lol
oh yea my caloire in take was like 2200 4 weeks ago and i have dropped like about 2oo each week so i am right now 1400-1600 calories a day.. is that ok or just i drop it some more..also i now intake about 160-190 grams of protein a day

1,600 calories is too low; you're not obese!

I'd say 1,900-2,100 calories per day just to lean out and see what muscle you have. Weight loss is faster than muscle gain and therefore more dramatic, so see what you're capable of in terms of cutting. You can then afterward add muscle, going up to 2,500, then 3,000, then 3,500, then maybe 4-5,000(!) calories per day; you have plenty of time for that later!

aight thanx man **** starting MONDAY hahah whole diffente diet 1900 on my no work out days adn 2000 on my work out days and ill see wut happens in 3 weeks hopefully i wont gain any lbs of fat. hey blender u agree with the 3 days a week routine or should i just stick to the one that i have now?

bench press 3 X 6 (3 sets of 6)
flat bench press dumbells: 3X6
incline dumbells: 3X6
decline dumbell: 3X6
chest dumbel flys: 3X6
Tues: HItt calves
HITT = steper doing intervals of 9 sec all out and 14 second rest for about 13-15min
calves: 45 degree leg press calf raise : 3X6
isolation calf raise my own bodyweight : 3X6
seated calf raises: 3X6
standing calf raises: 3X6
WED: shoulders
seated barbell press (front): 3X 6
seated dumbel press: 3X6
side dumbell raises: 3X6
front dumbel raises: 3X6
bent over side dumbel raisaes: 3X6
THURS: BACK lats calves
back- pull ups wide grip: 5 X 5
machine up right rows: 3 X 6
seated cable row: close grip : 3X6
deadlifts: 3X6
lat pull downs underhand grip: 3 X 6
dumbell shrugs: 3X6
FRI CHEST same routine as mon
SAT: Legs triceps
squats no smith machinee: 3 X6
dumbell lunges: 2 X 6 each leg
leg press: 3 X 6
leg extensions: 3X6
french press lying down: 3X6
cable tricep pull down: 3X6
over head tricep extension: 3X6
SUN
Calves/ cardio or soemtiems just rest



should i switch to a 3 day a week or just leave it alone

I agree with Blender. I noticed the change in the facial shape too. Good shape. You have nice long torso... always looks more scupture like with this type of frame

thanx man its funny cause my parents are real small haha my mom is 5' 3 and so is my dad and im 5 11 yea hey as i progress will my face change even more?

I'm no expert on lifting programs, but yours looks good. Every few months I'd try to switch it up, though; sometimes 5-6 days per week, other times 3-4. Sometimes hi weight low reps (your current?), sometimes low weight hi intensity rep...you get the idea.

yea i got u man...wut i try to do is like work out diff body parts togther like switch them up every month.. also i might include like a machine exercise to give my muslces a shock..Or if one of my body parts is lagin behind like my calves right now im working them out twice a week. .5inch soo far in 1 month

Aight well its MAY 23 and i want to know if i progressed anymore..right now i am 160lbs at 14-15% i basically dropped about 12-13lbs and 4-5 % BF here are some pics any comments are relaly appreciated

Are you gonna keep cutting? I think you should, just keep at it till those abs are showing really good. How many times a week do you train abs?

yea man thanx umm lets see right now ill say i am takin in about 1600-1650 calories a day. Wut has helped me especaiily maintain my muslces and strength yet loose the fat is maintaing a protein intake of about 170-200 grams a day. yea i want to keep cuttin like basically im maintain that calories and just keeping up my current routine. so far through this i have lost about 5-6 pouinds since april 9 so ill say i have lost about 5lbs per month which is healthy, yea its weird cause thsi is the first time i have ever seen my abs LOL and to be honest I dont work them out as often mayve onec a week using a ball and a 25lb weight. I think its cause i get an intense workout on my abs when i do heavy lifting like squats and deadlifting. thanx for the comments man.

Way to go, you're lighter, but you look bigger because your muscles (abs, bicep peaks) show more. Keep up the good work...maybe you'll even hit 6' :)

One small thing , maybe your program holds too many excerices per bodypart ? I could be wrong but 5 exerc. for chest seems overload to me.

hmm u may be right cause my chest is one part where im lacking it just doesnt seen to grow...mayve i need to cut down on it.

hmmm 12-13 maybe yea i mean i can notice a lil bit of my abs u think its cause i dont have a tan? and how low would i have to go to actually see developed abs in terms of bf?

Yo sup man..i just looked at this thread for the first time..and have looked through every pic. You definetly improved from the first time you post. Get those abs man!!! Everything looks damn good..but it looks weird..cuz you don't have the abs! But other than that..get a haircut LOL!

thanks u guys yea i noticed a big im provement on my chest as well its due to an increaese in weight i use im up to 195 reps of 7 sets of 3 while the pics of me b4 i was only benchin 175lbs 6 times. yea abs are a bitttch LOL they are soemwhat there i mean i can see them now but its gonna take some more time to really define them all in all its all diet thast how i got my improveensts im starting to do some kickboxing 3 times a week for my cardio so that shoudl help il post more pics later

Man, you have got some great definition in your quads. I'm jealous! I might try some heavy ab work to get them to really show through, ab machines and raises.
