You know those packaged food that Costco makes? Burgers, Quesadillas, Chicken Bakes, Pizzas? Plenty of proteins.

I am wondering if they are ok for bulking? I bought a lot of those in bulk. Now I don't gain fat easy, so I just want to get bigger than I am now and start cutting.

Chicken Breasts, Tuna, Oats and Pasta.

Those are awesome foods to buy at Costco.

The foods you mentioned are full of crap. Read the nutrition labels and ingredients on the boxes and you'll see what I mean.

The stuff in the pic cost about $150-200.

9 lbs of oats can last quite a while. Same with 9 lbs of pasta.

Same with 20lbs of chicken.

Quick question SP, when you buy bulk chicken how do you get the individual portions ready to eat and not spoiling the rest. I mean do you freeze them together and chisel one piece at a time, or do you eat a whole tray in a few days etc?

The chicken is ice-glazed, so they don't stick together in the freezer.

I thaw and cook about half a bag at a time (8-10 pieces) and eat throughout the week.

And if you happen to buy the fresh kind, just stick them in individual plastic bags...not that hard to separate them.

i've used wax paper...cheaper than bags. then stick in a giant ziplock.

when you mention bulking, you have to mention how many cals you need per day. bulking for me, that food would maybe last 10 days, if i strecthed it. but bulking for a 180lber might make that buncha food last for over 2 weeks.

wish i had a costco here.... stuck with sams club!

I have both, and have found better deals @ Sam's Club. 10 cans of Starkist tuna for $4, 14 pices of 99% lean chicken breast w/41g protein eeach for only $13.99.. and so forth.

I haven't been to Costco in a while, but so far I still like Sam's Club better. I'm going to go to Costco in a few weeks to see how the prices have changed. I hope they have better deals on eggs seeing how I eat 12-18 eggs per day.
