Alrite im new to the site and this is my first journal.

Workout:

Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Legs
Wednesday- Arms
Thursday - Back
Friday- Shoulders
Saturday- Cardio
Sunday- Cardio

Went to the gym a little tired today but felt alrite.

Lat pulldowns- 100 x 10
120 x 10
140 x 10
150 x 10

Lat rows - 100 x 10
120 x 10
140 x 10
160 x 10

One arm rows- 90 x 10
90 x 10
100 x 8
100 x 7

Lat raises- 120 x 10
x 10
x 10
x 8

Goodmornings 135 x 10
135 x 10
140 x 9
140 x 8

Then 40 mins of cardio.

Did not get to deadlifts fogot my f'n belt!

Ok workout... pissed i didnt have my belt. thought it was in the truck but thinking it didnt get me what i wanted. another lessoned learned.

Im 5'7 210lbs and 18 in highscool... want to drop to 195 before summer hits.(Cardio for 2 hours on Saturday and Sunday... and i have a diet plan.)

bench 310 raw- goal just hit my peak performance.
squat 450 raw- I want 500.

... and no im not all natural. i know my ends and outs of anabolics...
my goal is just be better and work harder. The gym has been my home for last year now, Im serious about it now, its my life... just to get the perfect body i want.
