although..im trying the UD2 right now.. seems to be alright.. im naturally a very energetic person.. so im not noticing ALOT of lost energy from it..but my workouts are very VERY tiring and afterwards all i want to do is sleep... even when i do my cardio in the mid day time... im so tired afterwards...

i've used many different ratios with success
as far as that i would say 50/30/20

ive gone so far as to try 70/10/20 protein-carb-fat... but you only want to do that for 4-5 days then move to a 50/30/20 split for 2 or 3 days.. then as time goes by more and more you start shortening up ur higher carb days..
ie.. i've done:
70/10/20 for 4 days - 50/30/20 for 3 days repeat for 2 weeks
70/10/20 for 4 days - 50/30/20 for 2 days repeat for 2 weeks
70/10/20 for 4 days - 50/30/20 for 1 day repeat for 2 weeks
then start all over again at the top works pretty good.. just gotta have the willpower. :) goodluck
