I'm thinking of having 1 refeed day a week. This is what I'm thinking of doing, I'm cutting btw.
On Saturdays(I lift on saturday also)
1. Eat high gi foods at every meal
2. Avoid fish foil
3. Eat ~3000 calories, this is 1.2 X maintanence for me
Is that it, is there anything else I should do?
Currently I eat 1800 calories on offdays and 2000 calories on workout days. My maintence is 2400-2600 calories.
