View Full Version : Diet for gaining weight?

My girlfriend is trying to put on weight. But I am not sure what kind of diet would do that. She doesnt want to get muscular just put some weight on in the right places. She is about 5'4 and 107. She has very little. Any ideas what type of diet would help out? Maybe a weight gainer shake and a little workout? With out the cardio.

she wants to put on muscle or fat?
either way she will have to increase her calorie intake

Well I know she doesnt wanna get muscular. Maybe a bit of fat then.

doesn't really matter, just get her more calories.

What was the equation again for calorie intake. I know 10 - 12 x your weight to drop weight. What is it for gaining weight?
