Today i started cutting down a little more on what i eat, i was trying to keep to 1750 calories a day.
Breakfast - (Cant Eat so Made A Protein Shake With Water Because Milk Sticks To My Throat In The Mornings)
Mid Morning - 1/2 ltr Milk
Dinner - 2 bananas/Chicken/Protein Shake
Workout - banana + water(After Training)
Tea Time - Tuna + SweetCorn
Evening - Rice + Chicken
I Also drink black coffee's in between these times when im at work.
Im not sure iff this is a good diet, Iff anyone knows iff i should add something else? or take something out, could u please say.
