Dont know about KFC but I know for a fact that bruised chickens are used in other fast food joints because the coating hides the damage!!!!!!plus of course second class chicks are cheaper!!!!!!!

The old joke among me and my friends is to refer to KFC as "urban pheasant" (suggesting it's really pigeon). Either that or we call it "The Dirty Bird."

It tastes supremely good when eaten, but then my stomach feels like a garbage dump for the rest of the day.
