Here's a recipe that packs a protein punch, is great for someone who's bulking and tastes great!

Ingredients

1 can of tuna
1 whole wheat pita
1 bag of greens (spring mix)
1 ounce of grated cheddar cheese

Dressing Mix

2 tables spoons of rice wine vinegar
3 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of grated garlic
A touch of dijon mustard

Whisk the dressing ingredients in a bowl until they are mixed. Put the bowl aside and cut the pita in half and open each one up. In another bowl, place a nice sized handful of greens and tuna together. Pour the dressing over the two and mix them together until the dressing is soaked in. Then, take the pita and place some grated cheese at the bottom to line the pita. Stuff the ingredients in the pita and top it off with some black pepper and more grated cheese on top.

This pita packs about 40-50 grams of protein, 50 grams of carbs and about 30 grams of good fats. Enjoy, I did!
