Same here, I also drink it with milk that has 10 protein a cup so its a total of 33g of protein per shake ...thats 132g of protein + whatever i eat for the day
Always drink it AFTER the meal ...you wont be hungry to eat if you drink it beforehand ;)

1 post workout.
1/2 cup non-fat milk with 2 scoops whey in the morning as soon as I wake up,
I eat a nitro tech bar and a bagel after my workout.
1/2 cup non-fat milk with 2 scoops whey protein in the afternoon.

1 pre workout and 1 post workout (sometimes i drink 1/2 mid workout and 1/2 post workout)

I was using 1 cup milk during the bulk (much easier), I just started cutting the carbs a bit last week and limit myself to 5-6 cups milk a day right now. I was getting 9-10 cups of milk during my bulk.

1 post-workout with water (+ 50 g maltodextrin), and 1 before bed with milk (make my own MRP w/ natty peanut butter / banana / choco mint ON whey)
and during breaks from school I drink usually 3 a day because I tend to sleep in and my stomach can't handle a lot in the morning during the holiday breaks :)
1 w/ water in the morning. Occasionally 1 at night.

one AS SOON AS POSSIBLE after I workout -- basically as soon as I get back into the apartment, out comes the blender (and I live a block from the gym);
and one before bedtime.
Use soy milk (b/c I'm mildly lactose intolerant), otherwise I spike it with pb, bananas and/or strawberries.

Those of you worried about carbs in your shakes - check out the supermarket for Hood CarbCountdown milk replacement. It's got more protein than regular milk, and only roughly 3 G of carbs per serving. It tastes pretty good too, and when mixed with whey you'll never know the difference. It's in the dairy case.

I the only liquids I drink are water and skim milk + cereal. I have never had a supplement shake.

1500 calories

Mix in with Bran flakes & honey usually.. Protein shakes are just so delicious

as of now my recipe is on rest days I get 2 myoplex shakes , 2 cups skim milk, 2 tblspns of honey - bannananana or strawberries. work out days I get 1 shake before, sometimes 1 after, if not i eat lean foods like fish with a mix of carbs - bread,rice or even baked tater.
