what did you do to get through the UD2 workouts.

Beside using ephedra based stuff, did you try to eat most of the carbs allowed right before ( 1, 2 hours) before the workout.

what can I say it is quite a challenge to get through those killer workouts and now I am combining so I can finish it in a decent amount of time ... I am finishing dead this BF better come off, because i am paying my dues

Nothin, really. Just motivation to get through the workout, knowing that I have a carb up coming and it's gonna be worth it. The point of the depletion workouts is muscle glycogen depletion, it's not gonna be pleasant and you should feel the burn, fatigue, and maybe some nausea.

I guess the motivation is what is going to kept me going .. I can't think about the carb load or it drives me crazy and I get so hungry.... but hey that is the game ...

I found the workouts far preferable to sitting around doing nothing and feeling hungry.
