the book says to lower my calories on thursday to only 75% of my monday calories

I am wondering If I am supposed to lower my carbs intake by a 75% or do I just take the calories from the proteins.

I am consuming 50g of carbs right now

just eat ur first 3 meals.. then workout.. then carb load

what LittleJake said. eat 2 or 3 of your meals on low carb/cal day, workout, then have 2-3 carb up meals, and finish the rest of your carb up on friday.
