glucose or glucose polymers ( is dextrose any of these)

I am supposed to take 162 grams of carbs from glucose or glucose polymers , I am wondering if dextrose is one of them, or am I going to have to buy some glucose ? or what else has glucose or glucose polymers

Maltodextrin = glucose polymers. It's fine.
