Old Easy Basic Shake

One packet of Myoplex, or Met-rx, ( Or whatever you like ) 2 cups of ice, 15oz of water, 1 bannana, 3 tablespoons of peanut butter. Blend, pour into a nice big cup, and stick a straw into it :)
Easy, and only takes seconds to make.. And taste GREAT!
