I am not getting any muscle definition.... Is this what happens? my arms seem like they are getting fatter but I know I am getting stronger. And I lift 5 times a week...

I also take protein bars 2x a week.
Should I reduce my diet and do a half cut diet sorta thing.. It seems as though I am putting on weight also.

Definition is a function of body fat. If you want definition, yes, do a cut.
