On average I get about 140g of protien a day. I wiegh 200lbs
Now I have a bottle of 100% whey protien. Should I take 60 grams of protien from the whey protien bottle spreaded out throughout the day ?
ex. 25 during the morning
25 during lunch
10 during dinner

is it just pure whey concentrate?

personally I'd take like 40g post workout
and 20g about 1 hour before you workout
Adding dextrose or malto during these times would be good to speed its uptake.

if your getting few meals in a day then you would probably benefit from taking 20g first thing you wake up, 20g immediately before you go to bed, and sip on 20g between meals. But if this is the case you should probably go with a blended protein next time, rather than pure whey.
Also taking it with some fats will slow the digestion which would be desireable.

i believe in taking some post workout but other than that overall protein consumption really doesnt matter when just matters how much.

but is it okay to use whey protien to fullfill the protien need

yah its ok to supplement whey if you must, i wouldn't rely on it if you could possibly use whole food instead.

dextrose is glucose, simple sugar, derived from corn... basically corn sugar which is very high in gi I believe a 100 out of 100 basically :)
