Without a doubt (because I only do that and dips) : Supinated weighted Chins (heavy loads for low reps). Actualy I even train in Negative Only Style.

so you only do chins and weighted dips?? Wow do you have good results with this?? BTW, chins are palms facing body, pullups are palms facing away?

I didn't lose fat since early june I'm probably even fatter.... too hard to be on diet for long time. I think I gained a little bit back/shoulders. Chest the same, arms too I believe.

Leg Press once a week sometimes 1-2 machines for upper body once every 1-2 weeks.
